
Keep this combination flour mix on hand for assorted baked goods like muffins, waffles, and pancakes. The recipe is from Danielle Walker’s Meals Made Simple.
Ingredients
3 cups blanched almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
1 T baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 tsp sea salt
Method
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into an airtight container and store in the pantry for up to 1 month or in the refrigerator for up to 6 months. Fluff with a fork to break up any clumps before measuring and using for recipes.
